FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you edit every photograph in our album?
Yes, I give each image the attention it deserves and never compromise on quality. I don’t believe in batch editing my images and ensure that each image is reviewed on an individual basis so you receive the best out of each photograph.

When will our wedding photographs be available?
My turnaround time will be dependent on the duration of the coverage provided. Weddings held across multiple days may take slightly longer, but typically I can turnaround photos from an 8 hour wedding in as early as 6 to 8 weeks. Within a week of your celebrations, I’ll also provide you with a link to your very own blog feature containing approximately 30 beautiful images from your wedding day. These are great to reflect on while your full digital album is being processed.

Are we able to meet you before our Wedding Day?
Definitely - I would want you to! All my wedding packages are inclusive of a Pre-Wedding Consultation. In this consultation we’ll talk about your entire day, from the time I meet you to the time I leave. Together, we’ll create a photography timeline, select photo shoot locations and discuss the finer details of your Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception. This is also a good opportunity to let me know any last-minute changes and/or additional requests that you may have. Having a Pre-Wedding consultation ensures that we ‘re all be on the same page so there are no surprises (for me at least) on the big day!

Do you cover Weddings outside of Melbourne?
Yes, I’m a Melbourne based Wedding Photographer but have covered weddings across Australia and Internationally.

What is the purpose of an Engagement Session / Pre Wedding Shoot?
Good question – please read my article which explains it all via the following link:
BENEFITS OF A PRE WEDDING SESSION

Do you have a second shooter?
Yes, I do have a second shooter available. However, this will come at an additional cost. Although I do my best to keep your photography cost as low as possible, in some instances it may not be practical to capture your wedding with a single photographer. For example, if the bride and groom’s respective preparation locations are not in the same area, or if you have an early morning ceremony, it may be best to consider investing in a second shooter. This is something I can advise you of during the enquiry process.

How many photos will we receive?
My priority when photographing your wedding is to capture the important moments, not necessarily aim for a particular quantity of images. On average, there’s usually around 80 photos per hour of coverage but this can vary from wedding to wedding.

What if you're sick?
I have a network of other talented photographers who will be able to photograph your wedding if I’m unable to. If on the odd chance none of these photographers are available, I’ll provide you with a full refund of your photography fee in addition to a complimentary couple portrait session.

Do you have a full time job or are you a full time photographer?
I am a full time Wedding Photographer – I’m dedicated to this 100%!
